Employee Benefits can be difficult to manage for the employer, employee and dependents. We provide a wide range of services to make the navigation for all concerned a manageable process. We are very “hands on” and in some cases we are like an extension of the human resources department. Some common services we offer in this area include but are not limited to: answering benefit and claims questions for employees, setting up employee contributions for payroll, setting benefits budget for future years, managing eligibility & ACA compliance.
FOR THE EMPLOYER:
We provide meetings to explain benefits, we work with insurance committees to assist in creating and servicing benefit plan options, we provide historical information in labor/management negotiations and also help facilitate the negotiating process for a positive outcome. We provide customized reporting of the plan activity that is beneficial and easy to understand – this also is a validation process of the claims processor’s reporting for accuracy. We do not have an automated phone system – each time you call, you will talk directly with one of our representatives.
FOR THE EMPLOYEE:
We provide meetings to explain benefits and how to get the most out of the benefit program, we provide enrollment meetings helping the employee and their dependents complete necessary paperwork. We provide full customer service to the employee and dependents answering claim inquiries, eligibility questions, coordination of benefit issues and wellness/disease management compliance questions.
